Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility and Timeframe: Refunds are issued for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached and the purchase receipt included.
- Refundable Items: Only regular-priced, non-customized items are eligible. Final sale, clearance, or personalized goods are non-refundable unless received defective.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, notify NavDesign customer service within 7 days of delivery, providing order details and photographic evidence. Approved cases receive a full refund, replacement or store credit.
- Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Card payments may take additional time depending on the banking provider.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are covered by NavDesign for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, the cost may be deducted from the refund amount or paid by the customer, as specified during the return process.
- Non-Eligible Situations: Returns that fall outside the 7-day window, or do not meet condition requirements (used, missing tags) will not be refunded.

- Return Window: Customers can return products within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, perishable, or intimate products (such as undergarments, beauty products) are not returnable unless defective.

- Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to defects or errors by NavDesign, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds & Exchanges: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Customers may also opt for an exchange or store credit as agreed.
