Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer Standard (3–7 business days) and Express (1–3 business days) shipping within India. International shipping is available to selected countries. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout and confirmed by email.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the order amount, delivery location, and chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders above 2500 INR.
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email to follow their package’s journey. If the tracking shows delays or issues, contact our support team for assistance.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or certain remote locations. Hazardous or restricted items, as defined by law, cannot be shipped.
  • International Shipping: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures in the destination country.
  • Damages & Lost Packages: If an order arrives damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Delayed or Failed Deliveries: Unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, national holidays, logistics strikes) may cause shipping delays. We will keep customers informed if their order is affected.
